By accessing or using seo.yatna.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by Cloud Control Solutions Inc. (trading as lowtouch.ai). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

seo.yatna.ai provides automated SEO analysis of publicly accessible websites. You submit a URL, and our AI agents crawl and score it across multiple SEO dimensions. Results are estimates intended to guide improvements; they do not constitute professional SEO advice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs of websites you do not own or have permission to audit.
  • Use the Service to crawl sites in ways that violate those sites' terms of service or robots.txt.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Credits and Payments

The free tier includes a limited number of page credits. Paid credit packs are one-time purchases with a 12-month validity period. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its UI, and underlying AI models are the property of Cloud Control Solutions Inc. Audit reports generated by the Service may be used freely for your own purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEO audit results are estimates based on automated analysis and may not reflect the complete state of your website. We do not guarantee improvements in search rankings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Control Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
